Aura — Support
Aura is an audio-first meeting service designed from the start for blind
and low-vision hosts and guests, and comfortable for everyone. Aura runs on
the web at aura.joedgreen.com and in the Aura app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Common questions
- How do I host a meeting? Sign in, then choose "Host my
personal room." Your personal nine-digit meeting number never changes, so
you can share it ahead of time.
- How do I join a meeting? Choose "Join a meeting" and
enter the meeting number and, if the host set one, the passcode. Guests do
not need an account for open meetings.
- Where are my recordings? Sign in and open
"My Recordings." Recordings are kept for 30 days. If meeting notes were on,
the minutes, transcript, and recording are also emailed to the host.
- How do I delete my account? In the app or on the web,
open Account settings and choose "Delete my account." This removes your
account, your rooms, and your recordings.
